Membership Rules

CR Buyers Group Ambassador - This is a working volunteer organization with annual criteria to be met, and there is an application process. The annual dues are $100.

To Join the CR Team and attend the ANNUAL PARTY on the first Saturday of the HLSR (see EVENTS SECTION for dates), you must be a member of the HLSR.  You can purchase an annual membership at the Show, or online if you do not have one.  Each person must register on their own behalf online, and bring a copy of your payment receipt to the Annual Party.

ROOKIES -You can register online under "JOIN US". Select the ROOKIE option, fill out all the required information and pay your $40 dues.  You will attend your first CR Drinking Team Annual party as a Rookie, and then receive a President’s badge at the following years Annual Party.  All ROOKIES will have to sing O Canada to TRULY become a president (the HOME of our beloved Crown Royal) so learn the words!

1st YEAR PRESIDENT - If you are a ROOKIE that paid  your dues last year, you will be required to pay the PRESIDENT dues this year, and then you will receive your PRESIDENT'S badge, AS long as you filled in the correct information on the online payment.

PRESIDENTS (in good standing) - All existing PRESIDENTS (or otherwise titled non-rookies) in **GOOD STANDING, will pay a $20 annual fee to attend the  Annual Party. If you want to purchase a new badge, you must fill in the order form, and pay the $20 fee.

President "Catch Up"- You were a president in the past, but did not pay dues last year.  You will be given a 1 year grace period to catch up and pay $40, or you will be removed from the CR TEAM and have to re-apply as a Rookie.

Please log in to this site to change any of your contact information. If this is our first time to log in to our new website, please enter the email that you last used when when communicating with  the CR TEAM, and click on "forgot password".  You will then receive an email with instructions to set up your password.

If your email is "NOT FOUND", then please click on the "JOIN US" button, and sign up for the correct membership level, and pay your dues.  We will match you to our records Manually. 

NOTE– if you do not pre-pay online, be prepared to wait longer to sign up.  Our goal is to have 100% of the Presidents, and a majority of the Rookies to  sign up online.

All levels will get to attend the annual fundraiser, receive some complimentary beverages and door prizes!

We are also on Facebook - so feel free to join the “CR Drinking Team & CR Buyers Group - Official Page”.Any member may be asked to return their President’s badge by the CR BUYERS GROUP at anytime, as per their Bylaws.

When you purchase a membership, you agree to the "Member Liability Release".
